The suggest for future improvement of SEATeacher is more communicate and prepared the information about the teaching materials in school where participant will be place. The other benefit from this program are help participant to improve their skill both in teaching and English skill include speaking, reading, writing.

Because this program is provide chance to be a professional teacher. Overall my impression about this program is great. The best feeling ever when I really led and managed my class. My kids taught me Tagalog and I taught them Bahasa.

I met many important and talented professional teacher both in College and School.Day by day when I got closer and closer with my students we taught each other about language. The other challenge was I taught science used English. Especially I never go abroad before and then I went to foreign country by myself. Shared, kept peace and helped each other. Life with people that I never met before.

This program has main point outcomes, there are : So the schedule of mine for a month are observe, assist in teaching, teach and reflect. After that I had evaluation session and I got many valuable suggestion from observer so I can be more better in teaching later. Then I have my Grand Demo or Final Practice Teaching Day.
